Capricorn

Part of you thinks resting is a waste, so the laptop is always there, half shut, half open, calling you. Today try leaving it properly shut, in a drawer if you have to, and see what happens to your day without it.

You'll feel strange before you feel relief, and that's normal. By mid-afternoon, when your mind finally slows down, you'll notice you didn't need to be producing all the time for the day to be worthwhile.
